Delete your data

Your plan, with your current weight, and the address of the photos you sent for analysis. Meals and weight history do not go up: they belong to the device.

On the device

Meals, weight history, progress photos and preferences live there only. Deleting the app deletes all of it at once, with no server copy left behind. The plan, with your current weight, is the exception: it is here and also in your account.

In your account

Profile › Delete account erases the account and the plan kept in it, at once. No grace period, no screen asking you to stay.

In our storage

The photos sent for analysis are kept there, under random names and linked to your account. Deleting your account in the app deletes the photos with it, right away. To remove some without deleting the account, write to matheus@tonelotto.com with the date and approximate time of the logs, and we delete them within seven days — you get the confirmation by email.
